DYNASLIPTM 6333 Fluoropolymer Film


DYNASLIPTM 6333 is one of a series of resin bonded fluorocarbon coatings formulated to provide a high level of corrosion protection combined with dry film lubrication. Also has excellent wear / abrasion / chemical resistance.

DYNASLIPTM 6333 is specifically designed for spray application. When applied by proper spray methods the coating will provide over 500 hours of salt spray resistance run per ASTM B117 and humidity resistance over 500 hours @ 120° F. on test panels.


Closed automotive assemblies, carburetor shafts, marine equipment, industrial tools, lock assemblies, saw blades, springs, washers, valves, etc.


Lubricant PTFE blend
Binder : Thermosetting resin
Color / Consistency : Black liquid / Semi-gloss black finish when cured
Cure Temperature : A curve from 30 min. @ 450° F. to 5 min. @ 600° F. (600 F. for   maximun wear)
Coefficient of static friction : 0.09
Coefficient of dynamic friction : 0.09
Service temperatures : Continuous at 450 ° F. Intermittent to 500 ° F.
Flexibility : No loss of adhesion when .0032 inch thick steel panels are bent   on a 1/8" rod







In its fully cured condition, this material is safe for all non-food and non-medical uses within the stated service temperature. Temperatures above 600° F. may release hazardous vapors from the fluoropolymer component. This is less than 10% of the cured film. In the fully cured state no MSDS forms are provided or required. In its liquid state, hazardous solvents and compounds are present. MSDS forms are required for these uses.
