About Us

Dynamic Coatings, Inc. was founded in the spring of 1989 in Woodridge, IL.  We are a service company that specializes in the application of dry film lubricant, adhesive or wax solutions.  Our coating engineers began to problem solve many issues to include (though not limited to): wear, friction modification, corrosion resistance, seizing / galling, etc.  Shortly thereafter we added EMI/RFI attenuation, PTFE and/or Teflon® Liquids and Powders, (Teflon Powder) and our own special coating processes such as Dynalloy™, DynaSlip™, DynaSeal™ and DynaStat™ to fill gaps not available in commercial solid film lubricants.

DCI moved our operations into a 10,000 ft² plant facility in December 1994 to Romeoville, IL.  At that time, DCI installed a 1000° F. 14-foot long conveyorized oven and additional process capabilities.

Dynamic Coatings, Inc. earned their certificate of registration for ISO 9001:2015 on June 15, 2018.  We strive to adhere to current Quality Standards and maintain the latest processing capabilities in order to meet customer’s needs.  We look forward to serving those in need of an ISO 9001:2015 registered dry film coating applicator.
