Dynamic Coatings serves many industries which include (though not limited to): aerospace, automotive, food processing, industrial/commercial, and military/DOD industries. Our applied coating service is ubiquitous to industry. Some common and / or unique parts for some of these industries are categorized and defined below:
Exotic alloy materials, high order of reliability, extreme operating conditions, and extended self-life characterize the aerospace industry. We have over 40 years of experience with applying approved coatings to meet aerospace specifications.

We have over 40 years of experience with applying approved coatings to meet Automotive & Transportation specifications. Trucks and vehicles are exposed to harsh environments, and the vehicles sub-assemblies and moving parts require life-time lubrication & protection. These properties include (but not limited to): abrasion / wear resistance, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, lower friction, noise / squeak reduction, vibration damping, non-stick / release, seizing / galling elimination, etc.
Parts include (but not limited to): threaded and non-threaded fasteners, springs, brackets, valves, gears, bearings, lock mechanisms, latch surfaces, and other moving devices.

We have many years experience of applying FDA 21.CFR compliant coatings for food contact. Each of these coatings offer different functional characteristics. These characteristics include durability, non-stick / release, high operating temperatures, chemical resistance, superior functionality in hot greasy environments, etc. There are other dry lubricants that can be used in functional areas in the food processing industry such as on sprockets, bearings, chains, etc. These are bonded fluorocarbons, graphite, molybdenum disulfide, tungsten disulfide, etc. These can offer great advantage in service life and reduced maintenance costs.
